Yes absolutely, the properties are ideal for large family gatherings. There is a connecting door between the Farmhouse and Barn which can be unlocked on request.
Are the cottages suitable for young children?
Yes children are welcome at the cottages, naturally under parental supervision. Travel cots, high chairs etc can be rented from our housekeeper Vicki on 0778573850.
Are the cottages suitable for people with disabilities?

Do you provide beach towels?
No, please bring your own along.
Do the cottages have wi-fi?
Yes all three cottages have wi-fi, please bear in mind it is the countryside so don't expect city speeds.
When do I have to pay for the cottage?
1/3rd deposit is due on booking. The rest of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday. If you book your holiday within 8 weeks of it commencing, then the balance is due upon booking.
Can we bring our pets?
We are very sorry but we don't allow pets.
Is smoking allowed?
No, all our properties are non-smoking.
Do we need a car?
We would recommend it, although you can use public transport, to make the most of all this area has to offer a car is the best way to get around.
Where is the nearest supermarket?
There is a small shop in the village, however the nearest large chain supermarket is in Braunton, 5.4miles away, a 15min drive.
Can we have groceries delivered?
Yes you can, just ask for the cottage's full address on booking.
Whats the maximum rental period?
Lettings are for a maximum of 4 weeks.
On our first day, when can we arrive?
You can arrive at 3pm on the first day of letting and check out is at 10am on the day of departure. The housekeeper and cleaning staff will be at the property to clean from 10am to 3pm prior to your arrival and it is therefore essential that you do not arrive before 3pm.
